This homily was given at St. Francis de Sales. The Gospel was from Mt 19:23-30. It is difficult for the Rich to enter Heaven because we think ourselves to be God. With humility as St. Pius had, however, we will overcome and enter Heaven through the narrow gate.
Such an important lesson! I can so relate to this as there have been many times in my life that I desired independence and to be perfect and in control. Thank you for posting this and for sharing the inspiration that St. Pius still is today.
