23rd Friday English: the memorial of St. Peter Claver

This homily was given at St. Luke.  The Gospel was Lk 6:39-42.  St. Peter Claver, because of his amazing prayer, had a supernatural love for the slaves.  May we also pray so as to fulfill God's mission to us.
