This homily was given at St. Francis de Sales. The Gospel was Mk 9:30-37. Jesus tells us that when we receive a child into our life, we receive Jesus. This is parenthood, yet parenthood is seen as slavery, instead of what it really is: freedom.

This homily was given at St. Francis de Sales. The Gospel was Mk 9:14-29. Jesus does an exorcism in today's Gospel. Are we aware of the presence of spiritual evil in the world? This is an invitation for us to join Jesus and actively fight against it.

This homily was given at St. Francis de Sales. The Gospel was Mt 5:38-48. Jesus calls us to forgive from the Heart. We need to hear him with our Ears however...we should understand just how important this small and yet huge act can be.

This homily was given at St. Francis de Sales. The Gospel was Mt 5:13-16. Sometimes we need a simple challenge, how about we spend on others what we at least spend on ourselves. The Gospel challenges us to love others perhaps even before we love ourselves.
